The controller is registered in Estonia and the service is provided to Lithuanian users. You may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt) or the Estonian Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee).
What data we process
- Email (authentication and communication);
- Name (for display in the listing);
- Phone (optional, for contacts);
- IP address (fraud prevention);
- Payment data (processed by our payment partner; we do not store card data).
Why we process it
- To provide the service (performance of a contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b));
- To prevent fraud (legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f));
- To meet legal requirements (taxes — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Contact requests
When you leave your email via a hidden ad, we pass it to the ad author for the sole purpose of letting them contact you about that ad. We do not use this email for marketing and do not share it with third parties.
How long we keep it
- Account data — while the account is active + 5 years (legal requirements);
- Listings — 30 days after expiry;
- Payment evidence — 5 years.

- Right to rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- Right to be forgotten (Art. 17);
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21);
- Right to lodge a complaint with the VDAI.
